Single units range from 1,560 square feet to 1,750 square feet - units can also be combined for larger leasing options. Currently there are plans for concrete block walls between the units but at this time you could combine units with or without walls.  All units come equipped with individually controlled HVAC systems.

 The approximate dimensions are 30' x 55' which will vary per unit.  The clear ceiling height is approximately 20' which will vary due to a sloping roof.  The drive through garage door is 12' high by 10' wide.
